Disappointing. It started out fine, but as others mentioned, they keep changing how miles are earned and how many miles are required for rewards. Gift cards that cost 5,000 mi when I started a little over a month ago are now 10,000 miles. It's also difficult to redeem for gift cards as they only release a few at certain times, you have to be quick to get one. I switched to Miles Plus and actually earned fewer miles that I did with the free membership by watching commercials.

I like the app. The problem I am having is my streak for trivia keeps resetting everyday. It started this about a week ago. I was told it was because I wasn't completing the trivia before the time runs out. I have not seen any kind of a timer. I have tried to complete the trivia at different times to figure out when this timer is, but finished trivia yesterday morning and today I had yet again it saying I broke my streak and a freeze was used, but the freezes have never been used.

This app has changed so much. When I first started using it, I was always at the highest level due to driving 150 miles a day. However, it has changed so much, it is unusable. It takes soooooo much to get soooooo little in return. Many times the app doesn't recognize it being opened, I tried this on different devices, and today it deducted over 154,000 miles for a "maintenance fee" for non use for two months. So, I guess I won't be using ever again since my account is now 0.
