This has issues giving rewards points. The support also doesn't appear to work, you chat with an AI bot until it can't answer your concern, and then it seems to lock up once you answer "no" when it asks whether or not your concern was answered. App also locks you out from being able to manually track many activities... it would seem that if you're not one to use health tracking/monitoring devices, you're out of luck.

Stops syncing with Samsung health on multiple occasions. I have this as part of a rewards program at work, it seems to frequently stop syncing with Samsung Health. It's not just me but also my spouse has the exact same issue. It's really hard to earn the rewards when it won't give you credit for everything you do. I get real tired of opening support tickets. Just have an app that works.

the "enter your measurements" option to earn points with has been broken for over a year now. in the "my actions" screen it ALWAYS shows "enter my measurements" as a way to earn 100 points yet when I click on it, it's just a data-less graph and blank underneath. no option to actually insert my numbers. and it's been like that since I downloaded the app! trying via website doesn't work either. why show us we can get points that way if it doesn't (and hasn't!) work??
