Like many others. there seems to be a problem collecting data from a tracking device that is connected. Have had several days were Active Minutes are not being updated which means points are not being awarded. I've restarted the device, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, nothing works. Have had points show and then disappear but most of the time it's no points at all.

It would be so nice if an app that was supposed to keep a record of steps would actually recognize steps taken on one of its OWN devices. I'm not using a third-party unit. Yes, I've gone through ALL the necessary steps. And, yes, customer service has issued numerous "tickets" about this very issue. It's sad. Very sad. (Feb 2 update - 4 days without a response to a support request ticket).

Journeys still Not fixed, 02/14, 01/30, 01/27, 01/19, Journeys get stuck. I have completed several journeys and the red dot, that is supposed to indicate a journey in progress, never goes away. This is happening on my husbands account too. He has completed journeys and the red dot doesn't go away. So there is no way to tell you completed a journey or not. I can't even list all the glitches in this app, there's not enough character space. App needs serious revamp and testing.
