Something is wrong with the new update. It starts to open then my screen goes black. Have uninstalled then reinstalled the app several times trying to get it to work. Can you look into this? Love the app when it works. March 2, 2023. I was excited to see an update option on the Play Store when I came to uninstall and install again. Unfortunately the update did not fix the bug. Screen continues to go black and app shuts down after a second or two. Please continue to look into this. I miss my app

I constantly get a pop-up indicating that the app isn't responding. If I click through anyway, I can enter data but I have to click through the error over and over and over (and over). Used to work fine, but it's been doing this for at least a week now. Update: installed the new version, still crashes. Uninstalled and reinstalled, still crashes.

My opinion was higher until recent issues: randomly stops syncing with device; every couple days, will start crashing seconds after launch, only fixable by manual re-install (which requires going through device setup again); some customers just fail to save now. When it works, activity tracking and tips are good, but can no longer trust that this app will just work like it did for so many years — disappointed.
