Stops syncing with Samsung health on multiple occasions. I have this as part of a rewards program at work, it seems to frequently stop syncing with Samsung Health. It's not just me but also my spouse has the exact same issue. It's really hard to earn the rewards when it won't give you credit for everything you do. I get real tired of opening support tickets. Just have an app that works.

the "enter your measurements" option to earn points with has been broken for over a year now. in the "my actions" screen it ALWAYS shows "enter my measurements" as a way to earn 100 points yet when I click on it, it's just a data-less graph and blank underneath. no option to actually insert my numbers. and it's been like that since I downloaded the app! trying via website doesn't work either. why show us we can get points that way if it doesn't (and hasn't!) work??

I love this app, but for some reason lately it will randomly have problems syncing with Samsung health and I can't get it to reconnect. I literally have to uninstall and then reinstall the app to get it to sync up again. This has been a daily thing starting this week. I don't know if some update broke the app, but changed my review to 1 star until its fixed.
