Facing sync issues with withings application. Daily steps are not synchronizing. I have to disconnect withings(now healthmate) and connect it again so that steps are recorded on virgin pulse. This also does not work all the time. I checked with healthmate team, they said that everything is fine from their end.
What a pile. It makes me sign in randomly, which wouldn't be totally inconvenient if it actually identified my device. This app is not worth the trouble, too bad our insurance contribution hinges on our enrollment in this program.
It is easy to use in general. It is annoying that it logs you out periodically. It also does not make sense that you get as many points for using the app as you do for actual exercise.
I wouldn't use the app if my company didn't tie it to incentives. With that being said, it makes it easy enough to do them. And they have made improvements since I started. **For the second time in recent months, the app loses its connection with mfp. That's 20 pts a day lost!
I went out and purchased a Misfit activity tracker since it can supposedly be linked to this app. After setting up the Misfit app with my Google account, I discovered that I could not link the Misfit to the Virgin Pulse app because of an error with the Google login. I refuse to setup another account with Misfit. Please fix this issue.
My account said I had $55. to spend. I chose visa card. Error message appeared to try later. Tried again-same message. Now my account shows $00.00 available to spend. Pretty upset.
