Submit invoices by mail? That was yesterday! With the Allianz Health App, our Allianz private health insurance customers can easily submit their documents by photo, barcode or document upload - fast, secure, cost-saving and environmentally friendly! Our app offers you:
• Processing status: You can always track the current status of your submitted invoices and will be informed immediately when processing is complete. If you wish, you can also receive push notifications about the status of your invoices.
• Tariff display: You can see at a glance which benefits and deductibles are insured in your tariff – and which are not.
• Medical support – anytime & anywhere: Expert support on medical issues. With "Doc on Call" you have the opportunity to ask your questions confidentially to independent medical experts. Without waiting. Without a waiting room. 24 hours, 7 days a week.* Our offer with medical video consultation hours* and the placement of a specialist* round off our service.
• International Emergency Call: The one-click number you can dial in emergencies when traveling. The hotline is available around the clock and will provide you with comprehensive support: In the event of language barriers, we will provide an interpreter. We also take care of the delivery of medicines, the organization of blood supplies or, if necessary, the return transport.
• Personal advice: In the profile you will find your contact person for your contract or you can search for the right agency in your area.
• Message Center: News about the app and your health insurance with Allianz. Here, for example, we provide information about new services, give tips on everything to do with health or display completed service contracts.
The security of your data is important to us and logging into the app is only possible with a device security feature (e.g. touch/face ID, device pin). We also recommend our users to set up 2-factor authentication so that they can benefit from additional, comprehensive and, of course, free features in the app, such as:
• Digital mailbox: See all the correspondence from the last few years relating to your service contracts at a glance – including eco-friendly paper waivers if you wish.
• View invoice and refund amount: We now display the invoice and refund amount in the submission overview.
