What can the service app do?
- Change of personal data (address, bank details, telephone and other contact details)
- Application overview
- Transmission of the sick note
- Transmission of various documents or invoices
- Management of co-insured family members (up to 14 years)
- Participation in the digital bonus program
- Access to digital mail documents
- Other attractive services such as B. Photo upload for the eGK or additional insurance
- Manage health data such as documenting vaccinations, checking medication and organizing preventive medical check-ups
Security, Registration and Usage:
The registration in the app is identical to the access data of the online center and requires no further registration. If you want to register for one of our online services for the first time, you can do this easily and directly via the service app. The protection of your data is our top priority. For the initial registration, please use the video identification procedure via the Nect app. You can register conveniently and securely with your identity card or passport. Alternatively, you can also request the access data by post.
