Ratings and reviews

When you have your first purchase with Otto.de, they sent you a marketing letter which says you get a €10 coupon for your first purchase with the mobile app(minimum order €29). When you install the app with their QR-code, then it says the coupon only applies to new customers who didn't have an account yet! Even though they sent their current customer the marketing mail! And the €29 minimum order becomes €80!!!! My advice: just shop from Amazon and enjoy lower prices and their customer service!

⚠️⚠️Otto and False Pricing! There's no way the Bywulanda Bluetooth headphone cost 86.99 euro originally and sold at discount for 21.99 euro, claiming to offer discount. The original price on Amazon without discount is 9.99 euro . Other German stored are selling for 11 euro at most. I took the challenge and researched some more, lots of Otto's items are at least 3 times over priced compared to their competitors. Please don't buy from OTTO!!! ⚠️⚠️
