Ratings and reviews

It used to be great but not anymore. As an example: for my last order, they delayed it at least 3 times, to the point it arrived one day later, and then one of the articles was missing from it too. And for that I got two 7,5€ codes. So that even though they were so bad that I might not want to order from them again, I have to use them at least 2 more times just to get some kind of compensation. They used to compensate you more for way less delays before.

I downloaded the app months ago to try out the sevice and I was at customer number 2500+ on the list. Currently, I have made it to somewhere in the 1300s. I understand that delays are going on due to the current situation, however, the major grocery stores hired on more people and got it sorted it out. What's ridiculous is several people in my apartment building have the service. It's a logistics fail that this company doesn't address this. Still waiting... Maybe I can order for Christmas.

There is very limited options for the country code when inputting phone number. If your country code is not listed you cannot continue in the app. If people want to want to use the app when traveling to Germany or France on vacation it is not possible because the phone number is needed. Also allowing a language change independent of a country change would be very helpful. Apps like Lieferando do this by offering German language in France or an English option for example.
