Ratings and reviews

It used to be great but not anymore. As an example: for my last order, they delayed it at least 3 times, to the point it arrived one day later, and then one of the articles was missing from it too. And for that I got two 7,5€ codes. So that even though they were so bad that I might not want to order from them again, I have to use them at least 2 more times just to get some kind of compensation. They used to compensate you more for way less delays before.

I was attracted by their ads, in English. The reality: 1. you cannot use web interface and your large computer screen 2. yet, the menu is so complicated that I had to order more than 15 items for one dish! 3. language.... Dutch only, in the app 4. the order was 42 euro (due to the complex menu), and they suggested 2 timeslots. I picked up the first one. 2 steps further, at the payment they told me that I can get the chosen timeslot only if I pay 45 euro. I had to go 10 steps back. DISASTER

of course there's always something that they don't have, but since they have many of all the things we regularly bought from the local supermarket that they decided to remove from their store, it's a no brainer. Also saves me walking home with a bag that's far too heavy :-) App itself works well, availability is up to date (really rarely not) and the delivery windows are nice. Personnel is almost always happy and professional and when there's an issue with the delivery it's always solved.
