I didn't understand why the product worked well one day, then didn't a couple of days later. I downloaded the update, (if there was one?) and reconnected. It was a hit and miss experience. I found the right combination and I don't have a clue what it is or was. They work perfectly and I enjoy the TWM2 immensely for its intended use. Excellent sound.

Dear Richard. MobileConnect is made for live audio streaming over WiFi. In case you are referring to Sennheiser headphones, then please use the Sennheiser Smart Connect app. Best regards.

Everything seems to work right up until I click on the selected channel at my local theatre, the sound adjustment screen turns on but no sound. Could it be my hearing aids don't work with this system? I have Oticon Opn 1 hearing aids. They don't have bluetooth. Is that needed? Will this work with bluetooth earbuds? I can't seem to find an answer to my problem. Is there a place online I can test this out?

Hi Steven! The MobileConnect app will actually work with any audio device that is connected to your mobile, but for using your T-coil hearing aids, you would need to connect them to the device somehow. In this case we'd recommend using a wearable induction neck loop, then you could use your hearing aids but still sit anywhere you like. Best wishes!

Very disappointed, if you are wanting to use this app to connect to your hearing aids in a theatre, please dont get your hopes up. The app sound settings were so low, terrible feedback and 1 second delay, this app does not offer those with hearing loss any help AT ALL
