Ratings and reviews

This app does not even open, but it crashes every time. This is a huge problem because a new account setup with flatex on the website doesn't complete as it requires some confirmation from the app. I have tried reinstalling, clearing cache. On google pixel 2 xl with Android 10. Nothing works. Can somebody reading this from flatex help?

Using the app as I was forced to after the merge with Degiro years ago. I'm never sure if I'm buying the stock I want as they are not associated with the ticker, but bought on alternative (often very illiquid) markets. Many mid-size stocks or on foreign markets are not available. Fees are quite high compared to other platforms. App works ok, so 3*. I've changed to IB and I'm much happier there.

Updates of account info can not be done through the app, but rather through physical mail. Customer support is extremely bad - hanging up intentionally after a long wait to get to speak to someone who can help me.
