With flateXSecure, you can authorize your transactions securely and conveniently without an iTAN card.

You receive your TAN directly on your smartphone or tablet via the app. Important notifications are displayed to you via push notifications. Activate flateXSecure in addition to your iTAN card and decide for yourself which method you prefer in the future.

I am continuously getting retrieving TAN error: "There was an error communicating with the server. Error: could not establish a connection.". It happens both on wifi and also on carrier network. In both situation, connection is very good and all other apps work appropriately. It is already 2 says like this. I have started getting this error periodically previous year and it started getting worse and worse. I am also not alone here. You must have tons of timeout exceptions in your logs.

Horrible experience so far. Impossible to install. The pin that I set up on the platform doesn't work in the app or who knows what kind of pin are they asking for. QR scanning also not working. It askes me to choose between different variants but when I choose one nothing happens. Shame that degiro is out of the Austrian market and that they are offering such bad alternative. I'm switching to etoro as this app is useless

Doesn't work most of the time, since two weeks I am not able to access my account at all, because of "Verbindungsaufbau nicht möglich, IO Error". I really liked flatex but this secure app has too many issues
