This app is for members of a workplace plan administered by Fidelity International. You can log in using your existing Fidelity PlanViewer log in details, or register using your Fidelity Reference number via this app or online at planviewer.fidelity.co.uk.

since the update, I can't login using the icon on my phone but can via 'open' in play store or via Web browser. annoying.

I have found this app to be impossible to log into. I enter my login email, no problem. It then requires me to enter my password, no problem. It then sends a six digit security code to my email. I go to my email to get the code but as soon as I go back to the Fidelity app it refreshes the page, thus requested another security code and making the previous one unrecognisable. This then turns into an endless loop. App not fit for purpose.

Excellent service and polite, knowledgeable staff who resolve any queries or issues promptly with confidence.
