Sigh. This app is so slooow to load, and typically doesn't load my transactions the first time. Yes, I have the most updated everything, and the app is just not good. It isn't possible to use Zelle in the app on my phone only; I have to use my laptop to get the email for the Zelle verification code because if I go to my email on my phone, it freezes the Zelle payment and just goes back to the main page. I wish there were more reviews, I'm sure other ppl have these issues.

Had a few problems getting it functioning well at first. Took a call to the support line. Great after that for a couple years (?!) and now, BOOM - 'no longer compatible with your phone' message when I try to use it ! Must have done an update or something. Frustrated and annoyed. No idea if that is the real deal until I have time to call during business hours.... arrrrgh. ----------------+++++------ Ok, so..response confirms I am screwed. Great heads up ahead of time. Better late than never ?!!

Some members whose phones don’t meet the security requirements have been able to access their accounts by visiting ufcu.org and logging in through Online Banking instead of the app. If you need further assistance, please call us at (512) 467‑8080 (option 5). The more I use it, the more this app annoys me. I used to be able to transfer to accounts on which I was not a member. Now I can't do that, nor can I save the account on the website (why give me the button to "save" if I can't actually use it?). Also, while I appreciate the concept behind the tracking of various types of transactions, I can't modify / correct them if they're wrong (like my storage unit being classified as food and dining). Wish I could go back to the previous app.
