I this a shoping app? Where is my orders how i can follow my orders. Appa on general very bad and very hard to use. You need to login 2 times one for rewards and one for shopping amazing. I know i am writing for myself and no one from meera will read it. I can no answer to any review. Hhhhhhhhhhh more than 1 year they didn't update the app. I know they will not see this review as they dont care

The reward option is useless. It keep asking for password and when you enter it, a quick message saying loading pops out for 1 second and nothing happens. It is like almeera wants you to use the app to only order but not to have rewards.

i brought a lot of items from your store. iam still in around 1000 point. i think i brought more than 2000 Riyal from food items. but i didn't get 3000 point. very bad system. please make every purchases of 1000 riyal get 30 Riyal reward. that is a good deal. i like CARREFOUR's system
