There is a problem in this that after making the pass, its screenshot is not shown nor is there any print option. In such a situation, if someone travels in a bus and his phone does not have recharge or there is no internet, then in that situation how will he show the pass to the ticket checker, so please fix this problem, update this app and there should be a print or screenshot option in this app.

I want to give a zero to this app and the people behind chartr app. they are literally frauds who just deduct money but never refund. after lodging complaint more than a dozen they didn't have the courtesy to reply on it. I don't know what are you developers doing, it's not working properly, it deducted my amount and didn't confirm the ticket! I thought sometime it happens but its a thing for regular basis now. I need you to work on this guys. Worst of all!

It’s been four days, and I haven’t received any response from the support team. I purchased a monthly bus pass, and the payment was successfully deducted from my account, but the pass is still not showing in the app. I also haven’t received any refund. Very disappointed with the lack of support and response.
