Really This is a very useless app I had ordered clothes, I did not like them so I returned them but after that I did not get a refund, I called many times, messaged, e-mailed but you did not return my money, And the refund is also showing complete, it is a very fake app that's it don't take anything first cry is better than this

Once again, I'm facing poor customer support. I bought several items together, but one hasn’t been delivered, and I only received a notification a day after the promised delivery date. I needed these items for a wedding function, and now I have to make a last-minute purchase from a local vendor.

Hi hopscotch team, I have placed an order, I got the product but the product quality was not satisfactory so placed a return request, my item has been picked but it has not been updated in your app. And I have tried multiple times to call help center it doesn't work, its unsatisfactory, I have lost my money, you have very bad service I'll never buy from hopscotch and never recommend to anyone. Very bad app.
