I got an excellent support from all the medibuddy team. I had a tonsilis operation and used the Medibuddy app for support. It was great! The app made it easy to stay in touch with my healthcare team, especially the clinical reporter and care buddy who was super helpful. They kept me updated and answered all my questions quickly. I was extremely disappointed with my experience using the Medibuddy app. Not only did they deactivate my gold membership without any warning, but they also failed to disclose their terms and conditions in the confirmation email. It's unacceptable for a company to penalize users without proper communication or transparency. I'll be looking for alternative healthcare solutions that prioritize customer service and honesty.

This is a totally fraud app. I am customer of docs app since last 4 years. Now in April 2024, I renewed my account. After renewal, in June I tried to consult doctor from this app. But it shows that my subscription is blacklisted due to violation of policy. They changed policy overnight and without mentioning or informing customers they blocked their accounts. Their customer representative told me that you can migrate but we can't refund money as we are on looting spree. Never opt this app.
