Ratings and reviews

I got the scale that syncs to this app through my insurance. that feature works fine, and is neat. I'm disappointed with the food log though. At least once a day it doesn't work, and will say "try again later" when I try to log something. Plus no option for custom entries. you just have to search for your food and if it's not in the library, you've got to try to find something kind of close and mess around with the measurements until you get kind of close to the actual nutritional info.

I'm not sure that when I have a problem with a test strip that it is taken out of inventory. I occasionally get an error on one but the numbers seem to be off on the updates on my number of strips. This makes it where I need to reorder but the app says it's too soon. All the responses to complaints appear to be form letters. I wonder if they are reviewed by AI and apply the appropriate form response.

I have only been using this for the food tracking and weight options as this is through my work's insurance. Overall I think it works well but: 1. Food tracking can be really buggy at times. Half of the entries say "try again" and then show junk entries. Requires a lot of connection. 2. No option to output food data into Google Health Connect.
