Ratings and reviews

Works fine for tracking blood pressure and weight but the food tracking is terrible. Not being able to enter a recipe is frustrating and so is not being able to enter your own foods, you have to find it through a search and if you can't find the correct item you're just out of luck. I was just dealing with the annoyance and trying anyway but then they updated it and now items I had previously found can no longer be found and the info taking a picture brings up doesn't match the label.

Made the switch from Livongo to Teledoc, but the Teledoc app keeps logging me out, and it won't save my password. It's the only app I have that does that, so it seems to be a Teledoc problem. When I am logged in, I still find the food tracking sub-par and much prefer MyFitnessPal. A coach said I could take screenshots from MFP and upload them to the Teledoc tracker, but I tried that and it cropped the screenshot so much you couldn't see most of what I tracked.

My account was moved from Livongo to Teledoc. This app is very buggy. Syncing steps from Samsung Health was a nightmare. I finally got it to sync on my phone but gave up on my wife's phone after 2 hours (she also has an account). The help files refer to the Livongo app which is different from this app. Logging in and staying logged in is also a hassle. Trying to set a pharmacy does not work. The pharmacy shows on the list but when I select it the app says data not found. Very frustrating.

What’s new

Members in some programs can now:
· Track food more easily by snapping a photo or scanning a barcode
· Connect an Abbott or Dexcom CGM to view past glucose data and get personalized insights
