The application needs to really permit a user to update a phone number for the call after the order has been placed. For some reason the app keeps popping up an old phone number of mine as a primary number. I've tried multiple times to remove it and it shows back up. App is so easy to use. When you are feeling unwell, things like being on hold or technology can be frustrating. This app is so easy..

It's infuriating. It won't save my login info. I've tried enabling biometric login many times, Samsung pass, etc. but it never saves and has me re put in the user name and password each time. With all the passwords, I never remember what they are and have to look them up WHICH IS ALWAYS THE LAST THING YOU WANT TO DO WHEN YOU'RE SICK AND IN PAIN. I've tried 2 phones over a few years. Never works. Only app that has this problem and the one app I especially do not want to have the problem on.

Teladoc the service is amazing, Teladoc the app is absolute booty buttcheeks. "Internal server error" constantly, pages randomly shut down, app randomly shuts down, clicking appointments and trying to fill out forms is awful, trying to join a waiting room sucks, the whole thing. Update: It's better than it used to be. Logging in itself and filling out the questionnaires no longer sucks and I don't get nearly as many errors. But it's still finicky & the video capability is still pretty awful.
