Has potential to be a good app but needs work! Should be an option to for a code/pin to log in, typing the password everytime with how much you have to use the app to log things is annoying. Speaking of logging, the food log I'm about to give up on! Just a few generic options and keeps saying "having trouble connecting to food data base" the only reason for the 2 stars is the scale, coaching and therapy options, otherwise Google health and Samsung health do a better job for free!

Poor excuse for an app. The diabetes management program is not accessible to me anymore and when I was able to access it, the tracking was clunky and inaccurate. Every time I try to access the program now, it says they have found my Livongo account, click to reconnect. They send a code, I enter it, and nothing happens. Over and over again. I'll continue my tracking with Chronometer, which is more accurate anyway.

This is a Great idea and when it works it's a Time saver. constantly having to put in my insurance information. every other time I use the app is annoying and not time-saving. I missed a doctor's appointment this morning because even though the app let me go through to look at my messages my account everything it didn't count me as logged in. so I had to go through look for help which I could only send an email for, and had to figure out the rest by myself.
