I was a customer for years, and it was great in the beginning when they had dedicated assistants. Once they changed to a bunch of low quality assistants, the service went down quickly. I really tried to get value out of the service after they changed the model, but assistants couldn't research, fill prescriptions, or even make an appointment without errors. At least 75% of the time, I would have to do the task myself or fix it. I canceled and don't reccomend. Huge waste of time & money.

Tried the app to get assistance with finding professionals for various work around my home. Work with many assistants, and none were good. I often described my job with lots of details, even gave pictures, and the suggestions/options did not address my situation. It's like they didn't even read what I wrote. Used the app for one month and gave about 5 or 6 tasks to complete. Did not book a single thing with yohana as it was terrible. Save your money, don't bother.

I found Yohana to fall short of its marketing. I needed help sourcing professionals to help me maintain and manage my home and Yohana's Pro Team is supposed to be able to match you with vetted professionals. I don't think a single referral they made worked out for me -- including one who required hiring another company (sourced on my own) to fix their work. I also found the app to be very buggy in places like basic data entry. I really wanted to like this app, but I just can't recommend it.
