App seems to function properly, when testing it out my dog certainly perked up and noticed, so even though I cannot hear any humm tone or buzz at all, clearly something is being emitted. But it seems to be more of something the dog notices, and not so much something to train or stop him in his tracks from doing something bad. Not sure if the frequency needs to be higher or what. I'll have to keep testing it out.

App is great! 5 stars minus - 2 for the timing and persistence of the prompt to rate/review the app. It's rediculous to prompt at install since one clearly has no idea about an app they haven't experienced yet (-1 star) Also having the prompt persistently pop up, resetting the app with every movement of the screen almost got a one star-uninstall rating (-1 star). Fortunately after clicking the annoying prompt only to disgaurd its content and get back to trying out the app, prompts were gone. Edit: Irx, fair enough possibility, I will check it out (+1 star)

My dog had the worst habit of barking at every sound outside our apartment. She also loved to bark for attention when I'm busy. I got her a beeping bark-collar, which worked until she realized that she could could make disconcerting groaning sounds very loudly/continuously without triggering the beeping. I got this app and everytime she starts making the sound, I say "Hush" then press the button rapidly for a few seconds. She quiets down quickly. She's a sensitive dog but not bad for a free app.
