Cant change streaming quality and it buffers ALL the time. Used to be the best streaming app but is now rubbish. Edit for 2024 - it is STILL rubbish. Even worse now. Buffers constantly. Internet speed is more than sufficient. Have reinstalled it as a last-ditch attempt. Cast icon is missing from the top right once you start playing a show, so you have to exit out of it, then hit Cast, then play your show, which then buffers for 5 minutes first.

Presently the apps live TV has topped working on phone and new Google chromecast and routely (every day) will not open or stops working? I live on Auckland and have been routely testing my wifi signal and speed with my modem, which runs through a fiber connection. The app needs an update and bug fixed asap. I have turned off and unplugged everything, uninstalled then reinstalled apps. Nothing has improved!

Badly designed app that prioritises ads over experience. It doesn't save where you last left off - so you have to slide the timeline to your best guess, but then your served ads through that timeline that you have to watch while you're merely trying to find your place again. If you minimise the app screen to multi-task and then go back to full screen, again the app loses your place and starts the program again, serves an unskippable ad, then have to watch multiple ads til you find your place.
