1. The workout speed is too fast. Unrealistic speed. People could get hurt trying to keep up 2. It seems not to have a built in capability to keep my phone screen awake. Midway through sets, I've had to tap on my screen to keep it awake. The alternative is for me to increase my screen awake time, but still...not nice. First fitness app I've noticed to not have this feature 3. There are no vocal prompts to signify the start of the rest period. Have to look at phone all the time. Tedious indeed.

if the app developers are still working on this app, just letting you guys know it crashes at 8pm daily. like on the dot every day. :) besides that its great.

The animations' speed and rythm is high and not suitable for the complex exercises.
