Ratings and reviews

Refuses to work on rooted/firmware changed phones whicb is absurd. We have the right to use our phones the way we want as per European Union Legislation!!! If we want to change firmware this is OUR RIGHT! You have no business on that! 1 star till you stop this invasion of our freedoms and rights!

It works but, the user experience is awful, the application is laggy, it shows data duplicated when scheduling an appointment, it requires to login everytime (biometric login doesn't work). The check-in from the app doesn't work at all (I was 20min into the appointment and way less than 3 meters from the ticket line machine). Overall the experience isn't great. That's the issue of using OutSystems.

Works as expected and I liked how it easily integrated with my calendar. Unlike other reviewers I had no issues regarding login and receiving the unlock code. The app offers the expected appointment scheduler like the web page, the waiting times for urgent consultations and all your data regarding prescriptions, payments, and clinical reports. It has some weird UX decisions but nothing major. For example if for some reason you entered into your profile it will start the profile update process regardless if you wanted or not. Then to quit you can't use either the back button of your phone or the back button of the app interface. You actually have to use the somewhat discreet exit button on the top left of the screen. Like I said, it's small things and nothing major.
