Quite literally the worst timekeeping system I have ever had the misfortune of using. The menus are clunky unintuitive and takes longer than It would using a system from 2005. no web ui for registering hours. And God forbid you have to register a partial sickleave over multiple days, then it's all manual for every day.

Seems a good app, but currently unable to open or view any attachments that are sent to me on qmail. I tried the settings, there is no option for storage permissions on the list.

Hi, thanks for your feedback! If you're having trouble downloading an attachment in a Qmail, we recommend that you make sure that you have allowed storage for the Quinyx app in your phone's settings. You can find this on your phone's settings page - the Quinyx app > Permissions > Storage > Allow.

Location is off. It's not just myself but a number of the members of staff at my work place have to walk, 5-10 minutes away from our actual place of work to log in/out and it can be frustrating for those of us who use public transport who have to faff about with getting in just the right spot on the street to log out. I'm told that those in head office had submitted and resubmitted our post code and location to the site, so I'm aware that there might not be anything to be actually done, but it's mainly just frustrating, especially when you're already leaving work late to have to wander around the street for a few minutes to use the app.

Your employer determines the allowed range from your workplace for punching in and/or out. From experience, we see that a short range dramatically impacts the possibility to punch in or out quickly. Talk to your employer about increasing the range incrementally until it works more reliably.
