Worst app ever !!! I had a non-stop train journey overnight so I made sure to place my order 4-5 hours before the train departure. I also reached half an hour before time. My order wasn't delivered. I tried tracking my order through the app but it said it was delivered. I called the customer care and they said they haven't received confirmation about the order status and said since the train is non-stop they cannot do anything.

Good customer support. I did a mistake while ordering the food I ordered food from the final destination. I had conveyed the message properly to the customer executive "Kanhaiya" - so he was very professional and clear with the complete process of cancellation and refund. He also tried to arrange food from a different station - unfortunately no station was delivering food on the way. So all together a good experience. Hope for my refund will be successful soon.

Updated 19/May - on my return journey, I got an option to order from a different restaurant for same station. The meal price was decent, the quality/taste was not up to the mark. I feel they have tie up with only limited restaurants. restaurant rating in the app, can't be trusted. Reducing my rating for the app. No action on my feedback 17/May- I ordered food during my journey from hld to haridwar. The food ordering experience was easy and on time. Warm and fresh food. Supportive Customer care.
