Very Cheap services, I placed the order on 1st May 2026, payment deducted order placed but the order automatically cancelled without any notification, after 30 min I checked and talked with support team, they asked me to reorder with new payment and the order cancelled from our end. the payment shall be returned within 2 to 7 Days. until today I didn't get my payment back even after frequently follow up. Pizza Hut chat Service is one of the worst service I ever faced. During chat the agent quit.

I made one request on 25 April and money debited from my account, i was waiting for half an hour and after that i open the application to track my request , i surprised that my order cancelled i call customer service they said your order was canclled , i asked why they said we do not know, your money will return back to you after 5 days , i told then what about the order thet said you have to make new order and pay for it which i refused it, I will think many times in future before going to you

Giving false information! I ordered a pick up order via their app. Their app notified me that my order is ready for collection. When I went to collect I had to wait for 30 minutes. Very bad experience.
