Very disappointing experience. After adding items to my cart, I was unable to complete the payment and place my order. I tried both card payment and cash on delivery, but neither option worked. I shared screenshots with the chat support team but received no response. I also contacted customer service and lodged a complaint, yet no action was taken. A reliable app and responsive customer support are essential for customers. If these issues are not addressed, this app will negatively impact yours

I am extremely frustrated with this app. I tried multiple times to pay using my card, but the app kept rejecting the payment and forcing me to choose cash on delivery. Because the payment failed repeatedly, I had to re-do the order multiple times. Due to these constant errors and glitched attempts, my final order got messed up. Instead of getting the 2 large stuffed crust pizzas I wanted, I ended up with only one stuffed crust and one regular. The app is unstable, buggy. Fix the payment system.

I would like to report an issue with the Pizza Hut app. This problem occurred yesterday (14 July 2026), today (15 July 2026), and has also happened many times in the past. When I proceed to payment, the app displays a message saying that the order has already been placed, even though no order has actually been completed. After that, I am unable to proceed with payment This recurring issue has caused significant inconvenience and has prevented me from placing orders on multiple occasions.
