No order was delivered due to rain, but no one had the courtesy to call or to inform me that the order was canceled, I had to call the call centre and the AI said it'll arrive in 10 min, however when I was transferred to an agent, she said it was canceled, but the app was still showing (order being prepared), stupid app, stupid AI and to add insult to injury, they said the refund will happen in 7 days!!, zero stars!

I placed an order, the amount got deducted and the order was not visible. contacted customer support they advised initially that they cannot see the payment. the payment was processed from pizza hut app with 2 factor using the bank application. if pizza hut cannot find the payment, then where is the payment. Risky... don't save card info in the app or don't make payment using card.

worst experience I've had for the first time with pizza hut, the order was not only delayed but the entire pizza i got was had moved to 1 side making the pizza a complete mess, and then smarty they offer 30% of which is valid for 30 days, such a bad experience will be posting them on other social media platforms about the service.
