the is not easy to navigate and it loads a lot, very difficult to brows for items like for example tools section if I want to brows all tools it wont let me, and I have to choose as certain function tool like sanders or drills as well as the loading get stuck every time that you have to prompt and close the app and open it again. and not all items as specially Sales are showing very random and filtering functions or lack there of for example I want to see whats on sale based on discount

Search engine is very poor.I almost never find what I'm looking for via (search). App is down very frequently. I was trying to remove an item from my cart for 2 days! The only way out was to uninstall the app and download it again! Even then, I was surprised to find an empty cart! Although I was signed in while shopping. App does not reflect the level of professionality that Saco as a name is known for.

I cannot login to my account, shows this error message: "your transaction could not be completed at this time; please try again later or contact customer support". I can successfully log into my account through the browser though. Also item categories on site are very hard to navagate and need to be rearranged and improved, same with the search feature.
