I've framed two photos with the app. Both came back as I had planned. The app is easy to use, and there are loads of options for framing from which to choose. They were very well constructed and came with a free quality picture hanging hook, so all I had to do was hammer in the minimally damaging hook. They were very well packaged to survive shipping. The prices are very competitive with local framing stores. I am very pleased with this app.

We lost our dog after 17 years, and used Keepsake for some pictures of him that we wanted framed. The pictures are beautiful, and the frames accent the pics so well. Keepsake's Customer Service team was excellent. We emailed each other back and forth a few times to make sure the quality of the pics we submitted, and the frames we chose, matched up before our choices went into production.
