Hola , desde hace dos semanas la aplicación reconoce mi ubicación geografíca o mi dirección IP como extranjera de manera errónea. Esto no me permite reproducir contenido. He intentado reportar la falla mediante el soporte web sin éxito. Por favor ayuda! ACTUALIZACIÓN: Me contactaron la semana pasada, amablemente recogieron los detalles del inicidente y amablemente me ofrecieron solucionar, sin embargo a día de hoy , 04/09/2024 el problema persiste. Ya esta nuevamente funcionando bien solo que están desfasado la programación de la guía de programas con respecto al vivo .no concuerdan
