My ticket number: is 1348947. It is the Worst exchange, with zero level of customer support, The monthly membership charges if not made any orders are just too much. When I try to delete my account, the app gives out an error. When I tried to contact customer care, they were spamming me with the same emails after multiple requests, it still hasn't been resolved. Please be aware of this fraud. Zebpay is a company that fleeces people and is illegally collecting money in the name of monthly charges

The new updated app is very inconvenient. Can't access portfolio without updating KYC. Tried multiple times to update my kyc in all the ways possible in the app but not able to complete the kyc verefication as it gives out an error message & the next/verify button doesn't activate to move to the completion stage.

This is a third class app that charges you on every trade per month and takes money from your trades in the name of membership fee which is very useless. According to them, if you trade every month then you will not have to pay any fee, but those who trade every month, whether you take transaction fees or membership fees every month, it is better that you ban your 3rd class app. . , What is the point of having an app where you cannot trade for a long time, please stop using this horrible app.
