Worst app ...I ordered earbuds and it gets out for delivery after 4 days and it doesn't recived me yet and get backed to delivery hub and saying that "the otp was unavailable or provided wrong at the time of delivery" and the fact is that no one camed at my home to deliver the product so how can they say that this words ...and after clicking on help center it wasn't getting loaded and my network is also fast but this app is dumb worst experience 1st order and last order from this worst dumb app

I have given 1 star although I don't want to give a half star also such a waste of money app I ordered a different product they delivered different product there is a option of cancelling the product which is of no use !! Whenever I have canceled a product they only show cancelling of the product is rejected and it happens many times. Fix this issue !!!! No contact no. is given my the app to contact them !!

Hi Glowroad team, I ordered two parcels from GlowRoad, but I only received one, and the second one was canceled without any notification. I had made the payment for both parcels online, and now it’s been over a month, but I still haven’t received the refund for the canceled parcel. Every time, I only receive emails saying that more time is needed for the refund, but there’s been no resolution. I’m very disappointed with the customer service experience.
