Nothing happens after I input my login credentials and tapped on the login button. UI/UX is terrible! Update: I realized, the app doesn't allow to change password. Otherwise, I will not be able to login again, and will ask for another password reset. Which defeats the purpose of the "Change Password" in the app. I feel unsafe with my credit card info if I couldn't change password. Until they have resolved this, I'm keeping this 1 star rating due to trust issues.

good service but the software (app and the car terminal) is disaster. here's what happened with me: i switched off the car and ended the reservation. after locking the car I saw dashboard lights still on so I started a new reservation to unlock the car and switch off again. car didnt unlock, but a reservation started and I was being charged for it. called the call center and after 40 minutes the issue was solved. however, the reservation is still running.

MY experience with Udrive was very good in general. Cars are clean and well maintained. Prices are reasonable. FAQ section contains a lot of very useful information. The app is not difficult to use. I booked the car including the fuel and parking. It was only difficult for me to locate allowed RTA parking so I can return the car. I didn't give 5 stars because the call center take long time to connect and they don't provide 24 support for rental.
