Dear bitsika team, your app is great but there is a serious issue currently with the momo withdrawals. I deposited money for about two weeks now. i want the money back, but it's like you are making the functionality impossible to use. Please kindly fix that

I really wish I hadn't ignored the one star reviews but these people essentially stole my money, high conversions aside I paid for a virtual card and added money to it, but there was no money in the card. I tried to reach out to customer care but I'm being ignored. Please read this and don't use this app
