About this app

Our brainwave therapy app is designed to improve emotional intelligence by stimulating specific brain areas crucial for social and emotional intelligence abilities. Emotional intelligence (EI) refers to an individual's ability to recognize and manage their own emotions, as well as understand and respond to the emotions of others. Studies have shown that individuals with high EI experience greater mental health, better job performance, and stronger leadership skills.

Brain researchers have identified several brain areas crucial for emotional intelligence, including the insula, right cerebellum, cuneus to the precuneus, ventromedial prefrontal cortex, right superior temporal sulcus, orbitofrontal cortex, parahippocampal gyrus, vermis, amygdala, right somatosensory cortex, and right anterior cingulate.

Our Emotional Intelligence app consists of two sound sessions. Session 1 lasts 22 minutes, and Session 2 lasts 19 minutes. Both sessions are crucial for a complete treatment.
To help you decide if our app is right for you, we offer a free trial session that lasts 13 minutes.

To get the best results, we recommend using large headphones or high-quality earphones with correct left and right placement.

Join the thousands of users who have already cultivated emotional intelligence with our brainwave therapy app. Start your journey towards greater self-awareness and success today!
