I download the app and I receive "Oops, looks like something is broken. We are working on it!" I've deleted and re-downloaded and I get the same thing. When will this be fixed?

Get all the way through the patent process. Guess what happens screen goes to the home page all the information is lost after 2 and 1/2 hours or working on it
