Not only do you have to install yet another application to do something you should be able to in the main app, you also can never remove your old device if you've lost your old phone, or had it stolen! Oh, and guess what - you cannot activate this app from the other one, you have to do it from the most awkward and complicated banking website I've ever had the misfortune to use. All in all, this entire DSK universe from a tech perspective is truly awful

Generally okey. However it's missing core security functionality - invalidation of biometrics key if finger/face is added/removed. Currently if someone gets the device pin it can add his/her finger and approve any transaction (without even knowing mToken PIN!) So, lot of security during enrollment, but after that it has security flaws. And it's ridiculous to have only 4 digit PIN (for such app 6 or even 8 digits or alphanumeric PIN is a must)

I am a new user to the bank. When I have installed DSK mToken, I couldn't type in my credentials, like the app won't let me do it. Tried installing it again, restarting the application, nothing happens... If you could solve the issue for me in terms of having working fields to fill in, that would be great!
