The app stopped working when I was out and needed to pay for something and I could only use it again after entering my current 24 digit alphanumeric password and changing it to a new one! Anyone with a secure password is going to be able to do this when they are out!

I'm unable to use this app or my online banking. I need to make payments but transactions are coming back as failed for reasons that make no sense such as ID doesn't match (I've had and used my current card for months with no issues).

I cannot log in with my fingerprint anymore! It says the password is incorrect but that's my finger! How could it be incorrect?
