If it's freezing after scanning the map and you have nothing but a black screen, chances are the phone isn't powerful enough to enjoy the project sadly. Tried on the "suggested" (Calypso4) phone and then my own (Pixel6)....it ran flawlessly on the more powerful phone. Should really include proper recommended specs for parents to not lose their minds!

I tried to do the solar system one for my kid, but its just stuck on focus your headset. I focused it, but there's no way to progress to the solar system, it just stays on focus with no option to move forward.

I downloaded the app, verified my email, input the code with our crystal kit and the VR just uses our camera to see what the camera sees. Then you have to look at your poster to get the VR experience.
