Designed and developed by founder Michelle May, M.D., this app will guide you through the Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating Cycle. It is a powerful tool for making more mindful decisions so you are in charge of every decision without having to resort to rules and restrictions.

A bit disappointed. I thought there would be some sort of record keeping or tracking involved, some thing to reflect on.... but as others have said, it's just basically a flow chart with a lot of words.

Not sure why this costs money. It is just an interactive flow chart of things to ask yourself before you eat. I thought I would be able to record my responses so I could see trends over time but it does NOT do that.

It starts over anytime I close the ap so I can't really follow all the way through with an eating cycle. The questions are good and that's why it got one star.
