ANZ Digital Key (ADK) allows you to log on and perform approval activities via Facial recognition, Fingerprint ID or a PIN in certain ANZ Digital Channels.
It enhances the channel security capabilities, providing a free, faster and more convenient method for customers to securely transact with ANZ.
ADK is applicable to specific ANZ customers and ANZ Digital Channels.
Please note:
1. To use this app, ADK must be registered to your ANZ profile, and your phone must be running Android version 9 (Pie) or later to use this app.
2. It is advisable to have protective software, such as antivirus, installed on your device for security purposes.
3. ADK may require access to the following device resources:
a) Camera - For scanning QR codes and enabling Facial recognition
b) Biometrics - For Fingerprint ID or Facial recognition
c) Notifications - To receive push notifications
