I have tried to register at least a dozen times, I keep getting error reports. I called the help line and it has cut me off 3 times. I tried the email for help, you guessed it no response. I have new insurance and no way to use it. Great 1st day

Can't even get it to download. WTH ? This app is already sucking, can't even download no telling how it's going to be when and if it downloads.. Concerned user
