Previously rated 5 stars, but recently it fails to open. Now it is just a black screen, which is annoying as I have paid for an app that no longer works!!! Could you release an update or something that can rectify this please?!

Great app! I brought it after using the free version for a while. Unfortunately it's no longer working after I updated my phone to Android Pie. It says to contact the developer and here I am.
