I use Arogga regularly, but in my last order, I paid in advance and was told the next day an item was out of stock. This is unacceptable, especially if it had been an emergency medicine. Why show items in stock if they’re not? Now, I have to wait days for a refund. Also, I’ve noticed when I use cash on delivery, orders arrive on time, but with online payment, deliveries are delayed. This issue needs fixing for a better experience.

I have been using this app almost 2years, I'm never experienced something bad yet and very much satisfied with this app. Highly recommended everyone to test their services. Just one advice that kindly try to make sure that all products one customer puts in cart are available. Sometimes product get stock out before placing order.

The order processing time is long. If I place an order today, they will call me and say they don't have some of the products in stock tomorrow. Compared to them, other platforms are super fast (such as Chaldal). Also, if you pay in advance and the product is stocked out, you'll not be able to replace the products. They would add the remaining cash to Aroggo Cash. Which is annoying. The stocks are not updated in real time. The overall system is problematic for bulk orders.
