Very good, it helps my abs sooooo good soon ill be like rocky!!!! Theres nothing wrong with it they hardly ever have ads and i get to choose from 7 minutes to 8 minutes to elite with i think is 15 minutes but im not sure. Also the videos are really good. I got a different one at first but they were all flip frame and it really bumbed me out. So this is the one you want to get.

Its guides -videos are among the best . Combining this with an app that includes core workout and warmup/stretching, and eating a bit properly, you'll begin seeing results in half week. You won't have a healthy or stable core if you work your abs only. Perfect if you are already not fat or on a diet, but don't expect a six pack if you eat much more than you metabolise.

So I downloaded this app 3 days ago, I did the easiest workout(the 7 min one) once each day, and when there's good lighting, I can clearly see abs forming. By the way I'm not one of these people that were muscular before, in fact I'm quite weak. I'm very thin and I have nearly complete abs *3* days later. Will post an update soon.
