Absolutely Horrible! So confusing when trying to make a claim. Then when you find where to go you get sent to a page that says "There was an internal service error." Website isn't any better either, always gets stuck on the upload of drivers license. How about we go back to going to the store and filing claims! That works so much better than a failing app and website. Have been on phone with customer service more times than I care to count.

I ordered a tablet for my son and bought this warranty for it, all from Amazon, knowing how destructive he can be. After about 6, 7 months, he damaged it, and after returning with a pre paid shipping label, the next morning, I had my money to purchase a new one with no issue. The app worked a lot better than trying to do it on the web. The process was pretty easy and fair. I am extremely pleased with this company's warranty, speed, and ease. I would definitely recommend this warranty and app.

Horrible app making you log back in every two seconds. Couldn't properly login from Amazon either just leads to a blank white page that does nothing. Not to mention the misleading advertising about their coverage. Avoid.
