Ratings and reviews

The only way they can access your account (not your phone) is when they send a text message with a link to either allow or deny account access. Otherwise, tech coach is great. I have never had any issues. I will, however, have them call me instead of chat. Any issue I have is always taken care of...without having to constantly repeat myself. I pay extra for the service.

Getting the tips are great. Talking online with tech support really ticks me off. I'm not a tech genius as they expect me to be. It's like they throw- up these instructions and expect a person to understand. If it's not that then they have no comprehension of my problem. I've had maybe two good experiences out of maybe the last 10. If you have a problem call or go to store.

Whenever I call in I go through their automated prompts and then (90% of the time) it says: Thank you for calling Tech coach goodbye and it disconnects my call. That has happened several times over the past year. Then I waste half an hour on their chat to resolve a 2 minute issue. To their credit the agents are well trained and capable.
