Horrible app! I have tried re-installing it dozens of times. Today, I could not view any appointments for all 5 of my pets, and none of them loaded in the app. I've been trying to review and download their records for nearly 30min, but the app appears to load, and it just freezes. I am sick of it. Why have an app that for years doesn't work right, despite whatever updates are performed? Garbage! IF I COULD RATE ZERO stars, that's what this app would get!

4/24/2024: This app is so ridiculously slow. 8/6/2024: Using this app to try to do anything, even something as simple as making an appointment is extremely frustrating. It is so ridiculously slow--so slow that I just put the phone down and wait 3 minutes for the next screen to pop up. This happens for each screen during the appointment booking process. FIX YOUR APP!!!!

8/30 the app apparently never shows the correct appointment. This is twice now I've expected a walk in appointment and made plans around that. To then be notified when I bring my dog in that it's a drop off. Horrible customer service. Horrible app. If I could switch vets I would. I needed to update the app presumably to make an appointment. Unless I checked the play store I wouldn't have known. The app wouldn't let make an appoinent but told me nothing about updating. Horrible app management.
