With the Barclays private customer app, you always have everything under control: Whether it's a credit card, installment loan, overdraft facility or financing framework.
- Keep an overview: check sales, call up account balance, download account statements.
- Manage repayments: You can use the app to decide how you want to pay your monthly statement.
- Set up installment purchase: You can use the app to set up an installment purchase for individual expenses from €95 or the entire monthly bill – even up to 8 weeks later.
- Stay up to date: The account information service informs you via push message or e-mail about account movements of your choice.
- Always have your PIN with you: With the app, you can access your card PIN securely at any time, unlock it if necessary, or assign a PIN of your choice.
- Card misplaced or lost? With the app you can temporarily block your card or report it immediately in the event of loss, theft or a defect.
- Transfer when you want: With the app, transfers can be made in seconds and from anywhere.
- Activate Google Pay: You can add your Visa card to Google Wallet directly from the app.
- Simple and 100% secure: You can log in using face recognition, fingerprint, or your 5-digit app PIN.
- Change personal data yourself: In the app you can update your personal data under "Settings".
- Direct contact: If you have any questions, you can send us a message via your digital mailbox or call us directly from the app and you are automatically legitimized.
Note: The full functionality of the app is only available to credit card customers. Installment loan and credit line customers only have a limited range of services available. Call money customers cannot currently use the app.
