Ratings and reviews

The VIP deals are basically only there for new joining members. They claim they have awesome deals for continuing members but never see them. Going to cancel requires you to chat or call. Tried to cancel once and they gave $20 credit and said more VIP benefits are coming. They never did. You have to also tell them 3-4 times to cancel because they keep trying to convince you to stay. The $60 a month for a credit for clothes not worth that much is also not worth it.

It should be as easy to cancel a membership as it is to sign up for one. The fact that they require the customer service agent to offer 3 separate offers before being allowed to cancel the membership is unacceptable. The CS rep did a great job, this is not a reflection on them. When you search the FAQ on how to cancel, nothing comes up. There is nothing in membership management to cancel your membership. To to all future people, know you'll have to reach out to someone to cancel.

I don't normally leave app reviews, but I had to make an exception bc the app is literally unresponsive to any button or link I try to navigate to. And it's not a problem with my phone. All my other apps work great, have speed, etc ... then I open this app and I feel thrust back into 2009 when apps would randomly crash, etc.
