Promising start but let down on details. A PIN needs to be entered to get details on boiler. App docs link shows Italian pdf (outdated). Support email link in app incorrect. (PIN is 18 BTW). And now like others can't log in 'NetWork busy' . [Update] got much better reliability using the RiCloud app. Been using it for a while, completely reliable... Until now, when its doing the NetWork Busy thing..

Solved - App keeps crashing on Android. I have an Android phone. About a year ago the app started crashing. I couldn't get passed the login screen and kept getting Network Busy error message. I solved it by going into the phone settings and clearing both the app data and the cache (Settings - Apps - App Management - BeSMART - Storage Usage, then Clear Data and Clear Cache). Now it works again. Otherwise the app is so so. Not very intuitive, but does the job.

App won't allow me to scroll down to select "agree" to complete installation. Also, before i uninstalled the app, it would give me a network busy message every time I tried to connect to boiler control. Nothing wrong with my network. I was advised to delete data and cache. This had already been done and the issues are still the same. No option to press "agree" to install

Uninstalling the APP does not fix the issue that you reported. you should reduce temporary the font of your device to click on "agree". We apologize for the inconvenient.
