I use to love this game. I have even spent money to play it and level up faster... until now. The faster you seem to go, the more the game purposefully slows you down. Now it glitches constantly, and you have to start over, sometimes SEVERAL times. Now, I am not even being given the option to earn the good animal boxes. Rubies are becoming almost impossible to earn. I'm very close to quitting.

Merge apps are plentiful, but this one has a nice balance of ads to view for additional rewards without being too obtrusive. But what had me write this review was their customer support. I had used some gems during an event to get more rewards but they did not all come through. I submitted a ticket, expecting to be told the typical 'sorry nothing we can do' or no answer at all. However no more than a few hours, they gave me the missing rewards! Customer support goes a long way!

Very fun and addictive game, however, no matter how many times I clear data/cache, restart/reset, and turn my phone on/off, game freezes, shuts down, and refuses to load any longer. I would like to continue playing, but I cannot. I keep trying every couple of days, but it keeps shutting off or kicking me off the app. :(
