It's not for people who travel. The design is pretty cool, but I've been looking for something while traveling with my husband. I was told to contact the help center. I did and was informed they can NOT do a changing location. You have to have a mailing address for at least 3 months in your desired work location. I stand by my statement as it's NOT for people who are traveling.

Have been on the platform for a few years and have had mostly a positive experience on assignments. However, with the recent updates, I get offers and then as soon as I go into the app, a second later they are gone. Not sure what is causing the glitch. I also wish there were more offers actually in the city and not far in suburbs. The algorithms must be out of sync.

This app sucks. I got hired for my 1st shift and showed up just to be told that someone else was already hire and that I was not needed there. I was scheduled for shifts through this company for 60days straight. I did everything I was supposed to. Then when trying to contact support I didn't even get a response. There's no number to call for immediate support. Additionally, the app itself freezes, glitches, and overall justs sucks. Nothing loads. When you try to tap your shift it freezes usually
